The crown jewel of the building is the city’s most impressive and representative meeting room — located just around the corner from the Manta statue. On the ground floor, the Jugend-style hall hosts the charming Robert’s Coffee café, and the basement offers its own parking garage and bicycle parking.

With over 200 years of history, this prestigious building has witnessed the work of many notable architects — Pehr Granstedt, Lars Sonck, Alvar Aalto, and Aarno Ruusuvuori have all left their mark. Completed in 1815 and known over time as the Edlund House and the Kluuvi Office Building, the property now stands at the threshold of a new era.
