Step inside and be charmed by the architectural office spaces of Väinämöisenlinna, offering a unique work environment. On the 2nd floor of the property at Aleksanterinkatu 44, old-world charm meets modern comforts in a compact 298 m² space.
Väinämöisenlinna is one of the city's most renowned Art Nouveau buildings. Welcome to the renovated spaces in a historical setting!
Aleksanterinkatu 44 is a unique operating environment for a company. The high-quality and representative office spaces, renovated in accordance with the building's style, are located on floors 2–7. The National Hall on the second floor is a well-known venue for celebrations and meetings, preserved almost in its original form.
Väinämöisenlinna was completed in 1901. The imposing stone castle, known as Pohjola House, dominating the corner of Aleksanterinkatu and Mikonkatu, was built by the Fire Insurance Company Pohjola. The facade and interiors, a pioneering work of National Romanticism, were designed by Herman Gesellius, Armas Lindgren, and Eliel Saarinen.
