Modern and stylish property
KOy Strömberginaukio has changed its name and is now Pitäjänmäki's Voltti. The Strömberg area located in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, is named after the Finnish electrical engineering pioneer Gottfrid Strömberg. The world of electricity has also inspired Pitäjänmäki's Voltti – or simply Voltti, where you will find modern workspaces inside its striking facade.
The building of Voltti, constructed by Keva, was completed in 1999 and was completely renovated in 2020. Now, the property's 26,716 square meters offer tenants both functional spaces for efficient work and comfortable common areas for diverse activities. The spaces are spread over six floors for companies of various sizes, ranging from 45 square meters to about 1,800 square meters.
The building's services cover everything from a conference center to restaurant and catering services, as well as a gym and representative sauna. On the first floor of the building, there is a fully renovated lunch restaurant, Kuohu, with 170 customer seats, provided by Antell Oy.
The area has good public transport services. The bus lines of Pitäjänmäki and Vihdintie, the Valimo train stop, and the rail joker enable smooth access to the area. The property also features a parking garage with over 200 parking spaces and 24 guest parking spots in front of the entrance.
Welcome to explore – let the flow bring you to Voltti!
