The Citycenter business and office center is located right in the heart of Helsinki in one of the capital's most famous buildings.
Citycenter offers modern office spaces across eight floors. The spaces provide expansive views over the Railway Square and across the station towards Töölönlahti. The modern shopping center features a comprehensive selection of commercial operators and services ranging from healthcare to banks and restaurants. The building, completed in 1967, was designed by architect Viljo Revell. Significant renovations were carried out at Citycenter from 2020 to 2023.
The offices at Citycenter have been awarded the BREEAM In-Use Excellent environmental certificate. BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is an international building environmental classification system aimed at reducing the environmental impact of building use and developing healthier work environments. Citycenter is also completely carbon neutral in terms of operational energy consumption.
