lautatarhankatu 6, kalasatama, helsinki

Lindström House is one of the oldest in the area, a historic industrial property that has undergone a complete transformation.
The red-brick Lindström House, completed in 1902, is one of the first industrial properties in the Kalasatama area, which over time has transformed from an old laundry building into a unique and modern office building. The red-brick Lindström House is located in the heart of Kalasatama, next to the gate of the trendy urban and food culture center, Teurastamo.

The past lives in harmony with modern office spaces and contemporary building technology. The building has been renovated with respect for its history and exudes a rugged industrial atmosphere – partly due to the ceiling height reaching an impressive 4 meters, and large windows, spacious and bright spaces create a unique atmosphere in the work environment. The protected facade's grid windows give the spaces a distinctive look.

The building's office spaces are unique and adaptable to various needs and spatial solutions. The first-floor common areas, lobby, restaurant, and meeting room area underwent a significant renovation in 2024. The renovation uniquely considered the circular economy, with the design based on maximizing the reuse and recycling of materials. The project is part of the City of Helsinki's circular economy cluster program.
