The former newspaper Hufvudstadsbladet's business palace. The newspaper's former printing facilities have been renovated into a covered atrium with restaurant and retail space. The newspaper's editorial office still operates at Mannerheimintie 18. The unique Forum block consists of six properties. All the properties in the Forum block have been awarded the BREEAM In-Use Very Good environmental certification. BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is an international environmental classification system for buildings, aiming to reduce the environmental impact of building use and to develop healthier working environments. The Forum block is also completely carbon neutral in terms of energy consumption during use.
