The former newspaper Hufvudstadsbladet's business palace. The newspaper's former printing facilities have been renovated into a covered atrium with restaurant and retail space. The newspaper's editorial office still operates at Mannerheimintie 18. The unique Forum block consists of six properties. All properties in the Forum block have been awarded the BREEAM In-Use Very Good environmental certification.
